Getting it to your door
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 3–7 business days from the day your order is processed.
How much is shipping?
See our shipping information page for current rates. Orders over $60 ship free.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake entering your address, email us right away and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Because of our quick turnaround, we usually can't make changes once an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?
To get your order out as fast as possible, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once placed.
Can I change the items in my order?
Sorry besties — no. You'll need to place an additional order for more Tenshoppe faves, or initiate a return for any unwanted items.
I received a faulty or wrong item — what do I do?
So sorry to hear that. Head to our contact page within 30 days of delivery to reach our Customer Service team. We can't assist with product issues for orders placed over 30 days ago.
I'm missing an item from my order.
Our quality team scans and weighs every package before dispatch. Please double-check the box and packaging first. If you still can't locate the item, email customerservice@tenshoppe.com.
03 — Tracking
Where's my order?
How do I track my order?
Log into your account, locate your order, and click "track shipment." You'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to update.
Tracking says delivered, but I never received it.
If no one was home at delivery, your package was likely left in a safe spot at your shipping address. Check with neighbors and around entryways first.
If you still can't locate it after 5 days, reach out to our Customer Service team. Missing-package refunds are at the discretion of Tenshoppe — we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. We're not responsible for packages sent to freight forwarding services.

How do I return?
All online orders must be returned through our online portal — we can't accept online returns in-store. Start a return here.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns postmarked after this window, or that don't meet our criteria, are not eligible. Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on bodysuits, jewelry, or intimates
- All swimwear must have its hygiene seal intact
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all vendor tags attached
- Original shipping is non-refundable

How long does the return take?
We process refunds within 6–10 business days of receiving your package. You'll get a confirmation email from our team once it's complete.
I'm outside the 30-day window — can I still return?
Unfortunately not. We don't offer returns past 30 days from delivery.
Do you refund the shipping charge?
No — original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where's my refund?
Refunds and store credits are processed within 6–10 business days of receipt. You'll get an email with the details once it's done. Banks and card companies may take a few additional days to post the funds.
My return was processed for the wrong amount.
Refunds are processed for the total paid after any discounts. Split-payment orders refund to the first payment method first, then the second.
Can I combine two orders into one return package?
Unfortunately not — each return label is generated for a specific order. Items from another order won't be linked to the wrong label.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we only offer returns. To get a different size or color, return the original and place a new order.
Can I exchange a website order in-store?
Uh oh — sorry, no. Online orders can only be returned through the online return portal.

Can I use an online gift card in-store (or vice versa)?
Sorry besties — online gift cards can only be used online, and in-store gift cards can only be used in-store.
