  • Shipping takes 3-8 business days from the day your order is processed.

  • If you made a mistake entering your address please send us an email and we can try and accommodate you, but because of our turnaround times, we most likely cannot make any changes to your order once it's been placed. 

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $80 in the Conterminous United States

  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location at your shipping address.

    Please note - Missing package claim refunds are at the discretion of Tenshoppe. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly. Tenshoppe  is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.

  • In order to best serve you and get your products out fast, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. 

  • Sorry besties. No, you’ll need to place an additional order for more of your Tenshoppe faves, or initiate a return for any unwanted items.  

  • Our quality assurance team ensures all items are scanned and weighed into the package at time of dispatch. Please make sure to double check for the item in your package.If you are still unable to locate the item, head to our contact us page and email customerservice@tenshoppe.com

     

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. link. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.

  • We're so sorry to hear you've received an item that’s not in perfect condition.

    To fix this as soon as possible, head to our contact us page here within 30 days of your order being delivered to get in touch with our Customer service team. Please note we are unable to assist with product issues for orders placed over 30 days ago. Our quality control process is in place to ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience with us, which includes all of your items being delivered in original condition.

     

Returns & Refunds

  • At this time, we do not offer online orders to be returned in-store.  To start an online return, please click on the link below.

  • Items purchased through our online store can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Returns have a flat rate fee of $7.00


    Return Options: Easy, sustainable returns available with printerless USPS QR codes or printable return labels. 

    Return Processing Time: All refunds are processed within 6-10 business days of our team receiving your items. 

    Unacceptable Conditions for Returns: We encourage you to try on items as you would in a store, but please avoid wearing them. Unfortunately, if returned items are damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. In such instances, we may need to return the items to you at your expense. Rest assured, all returned items undergo thorough inspection.


    Policy Enforcement Notice: If we notice concerning patterns in your return behavior, such as indications of wearing items before returning (wardrobing), purchasing and returning excessive quantities, or returning missing or non-Tenshoppe items, we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If you believe there has been an error, please contact our Customer service team for assistance.

  • Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be combined in one package at this time. When a return is submitted in our system, a QR code or label is created specifically for the items in that order. We do not have records of items in other orders because they will not be linked to that label. 

     

  • At this time, we only offer online returns.

     

  • We aim to process your return within about 6-10 business days of receiving the package.

    I am outside of the returns policy, can I still return?

    No, we do not offer returns past 30 days.  

  • We process all refunds and store credits within 6-10 business days of receiving your items. 

    You'll receive a confirmation email from our team once processed. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. 

Other

  • At this time, our online gift cards can only be used online and our in-store gift cards can only be used in-store.  Sorry besties!
