How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also find tracking in your account under order history.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it
Check around your delivery address and with neighbors first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we'll help.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@tenshoppe.com with your order number straight away and we'll do our best to update it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is usually 5–8 business days, with express options at checkout.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pay-over-time may be available at checkout for eligible orders.
