What's eligible

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.


Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything's defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate it and make it right.


Final sale & non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Vintage items
  • Bodysuits, Swim, and Intimates
  • All Accessories
  • Promo & Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Anything marked Special Occasion (SP) — also Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's been approved.

Returns showing visible signs of use — makeup, hair, fibers, dander, dust, dirt, deodorant, or perfume — will not be accepted.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Banks and card companies usually take a few business days to post the refund on their end.
